· TECNINOX

This challenging task to develop a number of international markets for TECNINOX was successfully undertaken by EWExport team member. This development involved total rebranding of TECNINOX, creation of new corporate identity of its junior brand DYEINOX, positioning of both brands in worldwide markets as well as set-up of factory planning department (combining dyeing equipment with waste water treatment and other technical applications).

Techninox is a brand of textile dyeing machines (fabrics and yarns), of German origin and with manufacturing facilities in Portugal, at the beginning of the project in 2003 a brand active in Portugal, Bangladesh and Brazil only. The objective was to develop international markets in key textile regions such as Asia, Latin America, Northern Africa and some Eastern European countries.

TECNINOX is a premium price brand with top of the range technology protected by patents. However, in order to address the price sensitive markets as well as major projects with combined solutions of new and/or second-hand machinery, EWExport recommended and took the leading role in creation of a new lower-range brand DYEINOX. DYEINOX build quality and customization served as the entry level to the technology offered by TECNINOX being a perfect combination to the needs of various customers and markets.

As a result of this project by 2006 TECNINOX was already active in such countries as Russian Federation, Turkey, China, India, Egypt, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Peru, Honduras, Tunisia and Bangladesh, overall in 32 countries via carefully selected and experienced distribution network.
