East West Export and Rodrigues Design worked closely with AR JUNIOR in order to internationalize this manufacturing company by creating a new brand called EMOTION AIR.
Building upon what is a superior quality product and decades of experience of AR JUNIOR, we delivered two main trainings that were crucial in international business:

- How to evaluate your competitors
- How to exhibit successfully abroad

Moreover, as this is an end-to-end project East West Export supported the choice of stand (within the budget and space available) for the launch of the new brand in MADRID international biannual show CLIMATIZACION. AR JUNIOR will have in their stand the support of East West Export that will also supervise the erection of the space to ensure that all is made according to the needs.

East West Export also proposed a custom made questionnaire for each visitor during the show in order to obtain critical information from potential distributors, competitors and ideas for new product development.

After the show East West Export will support the debrief of the results, the follow up of the leads and the most important meetings. The company also devotes per week an agreed amount of time to screen potential international customers and their fit to represent the new brand.

EMOTION AIR: Portugal

Launching a new brand in such an international event where industry leaders are concentrated requires preparation, dedication and support. EWExport supported its customer EMOTION AIR all way through from training to the attendance and local support at the international exhibition CLIMATIZACION from that took place in Madrid during March 1 to 4.

Having being praised by industry leaders and for the product quality and image and being able to establish many and various contacts from Europe to Latin America, we can consider this effort a real success and a stepping stone in the internationalization of EMOTION AIR. But, the work does not end with the show. The time afterwards is critical and here once more EWExport and its customer work together to harvest all the potential opportunities that were presented during this exhibition. However one thing is already certain: EMOTION AIR became known internationally and it has a very bright future ahead. We really are proud of their effort and our support.

LAQTIA
LAQTIA, Spain

East West Export, building up on the vending, OCS and catering experience identified LAQTIA GROUP from Spain as a superior supplier of ingredients for hot drinks such as soluble milk, coffee, cacao, etc. Surely among the best in the industry but not with much international exposure.

East West Export used its customer contact base to launch not only LAQTIA products but also to create a new brand: VENDING PLUS. Putting together each others' skills and competences LAQTIA and VENDING PLUS soon became a reference within main industry players. The internationalization process and strategy is being implemented and led within East West Export by Manuel Alves. Today the achievements are relevant for the industry as the products are among the finest but at a competitive price which means that those using it see their profitability increased: they pay less for the products but sell more drinks to the exceptional natural taste. An example is the soluble milk which is probably the best in the industry and can be "customized" to meet specific needs.

SAFER
SAFER SYSTEMS: UK

SAFER SYSTEMS is a UK company that Manuel Alves met while he was at Crane Merchandising Systems. Their product addresses the probably the weakest link in vending: security. But not only application for protecting the machines but above all, the cash that is inside these.

Usually a vending machine having a coin mechanism installed is always vulnerable to theft of coins simply because most of the times it simply has a coin box that may or may not be lockable. With Safer Systems this is no longer an issue: the bags fir any machine model and are made of a very resistant material and a safety key that is hardly duplicable. Moreover it make it easy to account for keys as every key can be "reprogrammed" if necessary.

As such East West export building upon its European vending network is developing the entry of these company in different markets through reliable partners while at the same time promoting the brand.

East West Export once again due to its knowledge in vending and related industries approached a UK manufacturer know by its superior quality.
Due to the range of products that FRACINO manufacturers in UK, during CAFFE CULTURE 2010 in London we have used this equipment to serve our top quality coffee, milk and chocolate.
It as quite a curious and dynamic situation as in one stand we brought customers for:

The approach is to use the network of East West Export, its customer base across Europe and develop for FRACINO a reliable network of distributors across continental Europe.
Being a dynamic company FRACINO immediately called upon our attention and surprised us recently with a fantastic development that we will market for OCS/ HOCS segments. In fact towards this new product we hope to support FRACINO in R&D ideas to make it really unique. We are investing in visiting potential distributors that are capable, with our guidance, to implement in their home markets the FRACINO brand and support it. In fact it is such a great equipment that ourselves endeavour in the Iberian market to distribute it ourselves.
